Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. To file a Counter-Notification, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Digimindservices LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA 512 subsection (c)(1)(c) or an agent of such person.
Changes to This DMCA Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated DMCA Policy on our website with the effective date.
